Regal Oils

Vogue Regal Oils are a wonderful non firing color that works wonderful on porcelain bisque.  You can mix hundreds of colors from this base kit.  The kit also comes with a special medium that allow you to blush out the color like with china paints and starts the drying process.  You can spray them with a matte spray or allow the medium to do its job and over 2-3 days they will become permanant.
